Founded by Jabari Alii, a lifelong gamer, designer, and event curator, Plus Arcade was born from the energy of legendary game nights—where Spades and Taboo mixed with video games, hip-hop, and high vibes. For years, Jabari hosted these social game nights with friends, where an eclectic mix of people came together to drink, laugh, play games, and just vibe.

It became clear that this was something bigger. It wasn’t just about gaming—it was about creating an experience where Black nerd culture, music, art, fashion, and gaming all came together in one space. That’s how Plus Arcade was born.
